• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Is Prestige Package Worth It?

Digital dash and power folding third row would be nice additions.

Sure, but then just buy the Palisade. There's something for everyone out there!! I expect those options might be added in time - but will make it more expensive. I like not having a powered third row - a lot faster to get up and down. I tried Palisade, and it was slow to raise and lower seats. Unnecessary.

The SX has Captains Chairs standard. You don't need Prestige if you don't want HUD, rain sensing wipers, the faux suede headliner, slightly better Nappa leather (regular leather is very nice), an inverter. Regular SX can be ordered with AWD or FWD. AWD only for Prestige at this point. Hope that's clear.

S has Captains chairs standard, can be ordered with a Bench option.

EX has real leather Bench standard, but EX Premium swaps for wheels of S and Captains Chairs.

I think you might just want SX.
As Andy Griffith said, “I’ll be dogged, I’ll be flat dogged”. I missed the standard captain chairs. Kia’s build site is not the greatest. The plot thickens. I’m working half day tomorrow and will order at noon. This is why I join forums for additional information. Thanks. SX might well suffice.

What is the big thing about capless gas caps... NEVER had an issue with the other models ... real old ones had a long screw...the T-Ride has a nice 1/4 twist pop open... and the gas door stays locked as long as you lock your vehicle... I learned 50 years ago to LOCK all your locks...car, house and lockable containers like boxes and safes when not near them. I was stationed at Ft. Gordon GA and if an MP were to come through the parking lot and find an unlocked cadre car...they were fines $300...same went in the barracks... walk throughs and lock checks on rooms and lockers...$300. There is a purpose for locks.... So back to the subject... how much more time does it take to just unscrew the cap and put it in the slots on the door until done filling.. simple design used for centuries...

Don't get me wrong..I love the tech of my SXP but.... how much more do you really want and need??? Just some things just seem picayune.
Cap-less, Nappa vs standard leather, captain vs bench, and so many things are truly first world problems. Poetic license allows us to make these things “a big thing” on a public forum when in reality, they’re not. These are just strong personal preference shared with the world (at least for me). Hopefully, people don’t take this as complaining.

Yep....I looked into ordering one, but for nearly 30K less the Telly SX P is the better choice!. The only thing that the top end Aviator had that my SX P does not have is the "adaptable suspension" and a more powerful V6 ( that requires premium fuel ).

Are you looking at SX AWD then? You're in Ohio, and there are lots of dealers with allocations up there. Prices have been favorable. There is an Ohio Telluride group too - to find best dealers. You may find one in stock if not prestige. You can use inventory spreadsheet on the forum to help you pinpoint your selection if you don't want to wait for an order.

@DonovanHuffinesCorinth , @StephenCantrelle, @Mweiland, @aaroneast may have one in stock, or an unsold allocation arriving in the next month or two.

Now someone parked a white Subaru Ascent right next to the Aviator! Too bad I don’t have my Snow White Telly right now!

P.S. I talked to the Aviator guy, had it for a month and he likes it so far.

Unfortunately I don’t have any SX or SXP available right now.

The system in the Palisade is pretty slow. My brother was looking into the Cadillac XT6 at one point and the power folding works much faster. I guess Hyundai choose buy a less expensive mechanism. Also, I think it eats up some cargo space so I'd just rather the manual seats.

Thanks a lot. In my 500 mile search on several sites but not the inventory spreadsheet that I just learned about from your post, I found nothing (that I wanted).

Yesterday, I ordered a white/dune brown AWD SX-P, tow package from Kia of Muncie and got a $1360 Costco discount. Muncie is an easy 2.5 hour drive for me and I can do an Enterprise one way rental if I don't drive my van up for a trade.

Found that interesting...I bought the T-Ride SXP/AWD Tow. The 3rd row was never a deal breaker... I found it faster to just PULL the straps and BOOM...Down. Easy Peasy. Sometimes we want auto over manual and it is slower and easier to break and expensive to repair. Don't get me wrong... I like Tech...to a point. Somethings just seem easier and faster by hand... JMHO

To some like me, it is, to others, not so much. Just look at what is added and see if it's worth it to you.

Technically 4 grand with required AWD.

Unless you were getting AWD anyway, then it's still 2K..and IMO a good deal for what you get.
