  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Been a Kia fan since 2005. Have had 4 Sorentos. My 2018 Sorento SX was totaled on Dec. 18th so this time thought I would try the Telluride. Put in my order for the SX on Jan. 2nd so now the waiting begins. I did not realize the popularity of the Telluride until then, WOW!!

Welcome aboard! And thank you for signing up. I'm sorry to hear about the accident. I hope nobody was hurt... I think you're going to feel great in the Telluride. And I hope time flies for you!

Oh don't worry, It won't. In fact time will absolutely stop dead in its tracks. Days will seem like months. Months like years.
I've been waiting for 133 years, I mean days!

My advice is to visit this forum often. I do and live vicariously through others;)

Love my Black on Black SXP/AWD/Tow. After studying it for months... I pulled the trigger on it April of last year... got it 4 months to the day in Aug. Not a lot of miles on it yet but... those that I do have were very enjoyable. I also find I learn more about it as I drive it. As of right now, wife is afraid to drive it...intimidated...maybe a good thing? I wanted to make sure it will be protected so I did a few things outside the paperwork of the Dealership...

Jeremy Gaus CeramicCoating by CP ..My Detaler/Paint restorer... also coated protector on my tires, all the glass and plastics as well as treated the interior against UV.

and... Non Toxic And No Drip Rust Proving | Corrosion FREE had it undercoated...

The Ceramic made it so I don't have to wax it... just a soap and water wash and looks like ebony

The Corrosion Free is clear and NO drip and it covers the entire undercarriage as well as some of the engine compartment.

My only addition, so far... is matched tinting on the driver/passenger side windows and Weather Tech mats front to rear.

The SXP life time will be 10+ years I hope... and all I do is have maintenance on schedule and keep the interior clean. ( I even bought a hand held vacuum for it LOL ) .

No matter what Model Level you bought...enjoy it... all I have met who own them love them and coordinated thumbs up when I have pulled up along another in traffic.

You will love it! I traded in my Sorrento on a Tellurude. I drove every 3 row suv before the Telluride came out in March. Even had a 80k Land Rover for 2 days! When I was finally able to test drive the Telluride I knew right away. I have a sxp black on black..... just love it!

I’ve had mine for 6 months and have over 15,000 miles on it with zero issues.

white SX AWD Prestige Package

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. Yes it seems like time came to a screeching halt. Thank God and Kia engineering no one had any broken bones or internal injuries just bruises all over.
Ordered the SXP, really looking forward to it and have really enjoyed reading all the information here.

Why would you waste your money on Trust Proof when you could have True Coat?!? My dealer insisted on it!
