• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... What would you ask Kia to change or improve or an add on in the second generation Kia Telluride?

Hybrid option giving mpg into the 30s. This is what is slowly pulling me towards 2020 Highlander Hybrid.
Certainly...Kia and Hyundai need to up their game by bringing in better fuel efficiency in their V6 line without compromising the quality of engine.
Lexus follows the same.
The moment Turbo comes in you get an extra power but with a significant compromise in longevity of the engine.

And......at least in my experience......the moment "turbo comes in" you find that the manufacturer recommends/requires premium octane fuel!!
I'm sure KIA will do some "mods" as the next couple years come along......"2nd generation" is usually a "big" revamp and further down the line. This car is wonderful...perfect? No... Are any? ...no . I owned a 90K 2013 Mercedes SUV that was NOT as nice as this Telluride.....just sayin!

Full on Lux version with bigger motor. Like Genesis and Lexus did. It's time Kia stepped up officially to the big leagues. They have the chops the do so. I'd be all in on a full on Telluride ultimate with 3 liter turbo, Lux everything, Peter Schreyer styling and 10 year warranty. Get it!

Remote start button on a dang key fob. How hard is that? :D
I am surprised to know that they did not provide key remote start.
We have it on all trims of Telluride in UAE

They left it off in the US in an effort to try to drive over-priced monthly subscription rates on the app. It sounds like an after-market remote start key fob is more popular than the app though, so Kia is missing out on the revenue for that.

I just ordered my telluride with a remote start fob. $350 extra. I had to specifically ask for it. Thank you to this forum for making me realize it doesn’t come with it (wtf?!). My dealer tried to tell me it does....via the app. Yeah, well that’s not super convenient and I’m not paying for that service after the free year. For the price of this car...SXP...seriously surprised.

Not sure if Kia will do a hybrid for the current Telluride (if they do, probably won't be til the MCE), but considering that they are developing a hybrid and PHEV variants for the new Sorento, should definitely see one or both done for the next gen Telluride.

The new 3.5TT V6 is more thermally efficient than the 3.3TT, but won't be seeing either engine in the Telluride.

But can see Kia adding the new 2.5T as an engine option (if they do a hybrid, it would likely be w/ the 2.5T).

The next gen Telluride should get moved to the new N3 platform (lighter and stronger).

Prewired for 7 pin trailer. Optional trailer brake integration. The Honda Pilot for example comes prewired for 4 wire and 7 wire trailer plugins.

5,000 pound tow rating is more than adequate to handle the popular, smaller, light weight campers. Not everyone is towing some massive camper.

Double dual exhaust- both sides👍🏼

And all 4 had remote start standard
