  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... My grey/grep SXP just arrived.

I finally have a VIN which DOCKED to dealer in Socal ready for paperwork.
They're asking $3,000 over MSRP and will tint the windows and add a Brenthon badge kit (which I pre-purchased and shipped to them).
There's a 25% possibility I may NOT buy it so I'd love let someone take-over that specific vehicle to someone here on the forums.

(i'd have dealer refund my deposit, and you'd pay me for the parts cost for Brenthon Emblem kit).

DM me if interested. I'm decided in the next 3 days. If needed, Tie-break goes to the one most active on forum. :)

If you decide not to buy it, it's usually up to the dealer to decide how to sell the vehicle (they probably have an internal waiting list)... but maybe they would welcome you bringing them a prospective buyer. I tried to do same thing for someone, but dealer said "Thanks, but no thanks".

Makes sense. Dealer's certainly have a process. sales person would likely do anything they could to keep the 'sale' even if it's to someone else.
