You're going to get one even if this particular car at that dealer doesn't happen, I was starting to get pretty frustrated. We were going to take the kids to the Chicago Auto Show on Sunday to see other options. Stay persistent and you'll get lucky (or at least help yourself into some luck).

Thanks! I can tell you we have made significantly more progress today having stumbled upon this group, the lookup site and the production sheet. Not to mention the super transparent and honest dealer reps on this forum.

Just saw this post. I paid MSRP for a gravity grey exp from Liberty Kia. Put down a deposit a few months back and got it a few weeks ago. Jeff was the salesperson- no hassle or BS. All other dealers in the tri state area that I checked were marking it up by 3-5K.

Hi all!! Some of you may have seen my post in the dealership markup thread about my horrible experience with Jack Daniels Kia in Fair Lawn, NJ. They tried to up charge me 15K for a SX-P Telluride. When I told them another dealership was willing to order it as I wanted at MSRP they told me no one will do that and if someone says they will you should go there but we will not.

So that is exactly what I did! Today I picked up that beautiful Black on Black SX-P Telluride with Tow Package and I paid MSRP for it. And the dealership is NUTLEY KIA in Nutley, NJ (Ask for Pete). Not only are they not playing stupid up charging games, but Pete and the whole dealership are also a pleasure to work with. AND all their vehicles, new, used, financed or leased come with One year of service for free (2 oil changes). I can't recommend this dealership enough. They took great care of me.

I also am purchasing a tire and wheel package from Jason Fox at Muncie, Kia, who you all know well on here.

Yes! Call Pete at Nutley Kia (973)-667-1662. He is no BS. Tell him Perry sent you sorry about the stress. Car buying shouldn't be this frustrating but dealerships and bad, shady know nothing car salespeople ruin it. Thankfully there are some good ones out there.

How far are you from East Stroudsburg, PA? I purchased my S AWD from Julie at Abeloff Kia. I live on Long Island and it was very easy and no nonsense. MSRP minus incentives.

Perry, how long did it take for you to get your car from Nutley from the time you placed the order with the dealer until you were picking up? Not sure if you mentioned this but I couldn’t find it. When did they take your deposit? I placed the order a week ago and they haven’t charged my card, wondering if that’s normal?
