• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I was scheduled for a plant tour later this month. Everything has been suspended for the foreseeable future due to the virus. 😷

Suspended by you, your dealership or KIA manufacturing of Georgia?

Bummer. Stay healthy.

And we definitely want the plant workers to stay healthy for their personal well being and to keep those Tellurides coming!

Until they shut her down which at this point in time is a future possibility.

Well darn, this whole process will be quite a story to tell our great grandchildren someday :) If they just put mine right outside of the gate at the plant I'll leave cash in a bag at the curb and go about my business without breathing on anyone :)

Very likely......production plants, schools, athletic and entertainment events......it's only a matter of time before it happens:(

I work in the trade show industry. Large shows are canceling and clients/attendees dropping out left and right. Every time the phone rings it’s revenue slipping through our fingers and there is no certain end in sight. My company had to lay off 35 people this week. Scary stuff

Yes indeed. I use to be in the Restoration business. My specialty was to make issues like this go away. Big business right now keeping things clean.

It's all manufactured media hysteria to crash the stock market. The flu is a much more serious issue but nobody ever mentions that.
I would not underestimate this virus.

You need to do some serious fact checking, lol. It’s not hysteria. And it’s worse than the flu for most poplulations/generations. Don’t wanna be a downer, but it has a 3.5% mortality rate versus the flu having a .02% mortality rate.

And I took current and future KT owners for above average in their critical thinking skills. There is always one I guess.
Lol you might want to think a little bit more critically about the the flu vs covid.
Higher prevalence, more treatment options and decreased mortality rate.
Lower prevalence, less information about modes of transmission, treatment options are evolving but currently undefined, increased mortality rate.
A little critical thinking from Dr. np86.

Sincerely,
np86, M.D.

Agree with everything you said. My comment was in support of yours and directed at @GEAR_HEAD who’s been clearly getting his updates from a certain high profile twitter feed. Sorry for the confusion.

My bad, I thought you were directing it at me instead of with me.
The snark was before I had a coffee so that's on me.

Keep drinking the Kool Aid. No reason to live in fear. Based on the total number of Covoid cases versus the total number of flu cases in the world the flu is still a greater concern. Some people are scared of their own shadows and way too overdramatic.

Plus, did it ever dawn on you that the mortality rates are escalated because only people with serious symptoms are being tested? Many people that have the virus never have any symptoms or just very mild symptoms. They are never tested (partially because of the lack of test kits) and likely never even knew they had it. Therefore none of the stats that the media try to pass off as facts can be scientifically validated. Unfortunately the media's job is to scare us and they never present all of the facts. Most news is fake and should not be trusted.
