• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... If KIA is pulling a order from Kdealer and not KFOS to be built, when does the dealer know the order is in process? Anyone know?

My understanding is that the main system is KFOS and that Kia may be filling them from KDealer as well, but to be sure your order is accepted it should go into KFOS. The dealer knows that the order is in process when it is accepted in KFOS by Kia and then is given an ETA.
