• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I use a USB micro-thumbdrive to provide music in my Telluride. Unfortunately every 2-4 days the infotainment system does not sense the still plugged in drive. I have to pull it out and reinsert it. That is a pain with the small thumbdrive.

I found a workaround, a USB extension cord that has a switch in the cable. Now I can just flip the switch to disconnect and flip it back to connect again.
There are other similar products, the one I got is about 2 ft long from Amazon ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QTJZD99?psc=1 ).

Nice find, just ordered one to see how it works... Will get here before my car <G>.

@trav2tell do you know which music file formats the Telluride USB supports? ie: MP3, FLAC, WAV, ALAC, AIFF, OGG, WMA
