I go to the grocery store with my Telluride. Does that count? Please share your experience in off-roading with Kia Telluride?
Have seen some reviews where Telly did perfectly fine on rough muddy roads . Thanks to proper gripping and good engine power.Welllllll.....have not tried true "off roading" and am not sure that the model I have (SX P ) is really designed for true off roading....more into the "comfort and luxury" aspect with high quality AWD as an optional feature. There would be several other qualities/features that I would want if I were going to take it "off road>"
The Telluride has had a good showing at the 2019 Mudfest (won for the mid and full-size family segment) and was the overall- runner up.
In addition to doing well at the Texas Off-Road Invitational 2019.
Sometimes it's just a bad mix of the viscosity of the mud and the tires.
Those tires don't look like the stock tires on the Telluride.

Wouldn't be surprised if they shod the competitors (within a segment) w/ the same rubber.
For traction, whether it be mud, rain or snow - having the appropriate tires is most important.
Took my Telluride on the soft beaches of Long Island. It went pretty well in spite of ground clearance issues. The ruts on the beach can get deep and most vehicles will scrape bottom. Aired-down to 15psi and kept up momentum. I wasn't with any friends so I didn't push my luck with any tricky maneuvers. When backing into the spot it felt like traction control was still on even though I turned it off. I'll give updates as I get more beach time in.Please share your experience in off-roading with Kia Telluride?
I got stuck in a level farmers field that felt slightly soft underfoot with a heavy-duty 4x4 pickup with locking diffs and very aggressive tires. Took a tractor to tow me out. I doubt your getting stuck had much to do with the Telluride. Some pretty benign-looking mud conditions can be absolutely impassable in almost any vehicle.
