• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Total aside, I hit the Nicholasville, KY kia website to see what they have (it's not updated to include the Telluride yet)
Am I the only one constantly annoyed by the pervasive pop-up's all dealers seem to have offering to chat? The people answering that chat can NEVER give you any information. All they ever do is try to get your contact info.

Yeah, and the same 3 or 4 internet model pics are used for all the chat bots! If it isn't the chat bubbles, its the discount coupons. Dealer websites are some of the worst. They should focus more on their database backends vs customer collection. There's nothing like looking at a Sticker for one car and the colors and pictures don't match.

But, I do appreciate the staff posting hints on the forums....it at least provides some tips.

We have two local Kia dealerships. The smaller one uses a regular real chat and the larger one has the annoying chat that's outsourced liked mentioned above that does nothing but ask for your contact details whether you use their website or Facebook Messenger. This dealership with the annoy chat has already turned me off before with another one of their promotions. I guess some businesses never learn they're supposed to serve the customer, not themselves.

Most dealers use the same web software...

I'd also like to know if @CarGuyLincoln has driven a Telluride yet. I'd love details on that...

Do you have any details on the "Telluride Founders Club" we all signed up for?

I will find out what details are. I signed up as well and I work for Kia. I own a Sorento and will be buying a Telluride. I'll find out tomorrow.
