Can anyone tell me the specifics of the sight?

What determines when these are posted? Like are they generated at the time the dealer places the order? Or are they posted when the factory starts the build?
I ask because I ordered back in the second week of January. I was able to located the dealer on the sight but don’t see my specific order in the list of 63 cars ordered( AWD SXP in GG with tow).

When the Vin number is generated on the site it is when the Telluride has been built. You will or should have an ETA prior to it being built.. If you still don't have an ETA then you are likely in a waiting line and will be getting a 2021

Thank you for the reply, the only thing I was told or have been told was that it would take 4 to 5 months from the time of the order, but that was before the Covid. Should I have gotten a specific window from the dealer? What do you mean by in a waiting line for the 2021? Just want to be sure I understand what your saying.

The dealership can’t provide you a window sticker till the Telluride is produced. I would check with your sales consultant if your order has been accepted by Kia and has received an ETA to dealership.

if at this point your order has not received an ETA to the dealership than with the delays due to Covid you may not be receiving a 2020 Telluride and instead be in line for a 2021
