• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... You know the bin under the armrest? Is it supposed to have a rubber/plastic mat on the bottom? I picked up my Telluride from the dealer last weekend and didn’t notice it until I got home, but it’s just the hard plastic and two bolts are exposed at the bottom. I swore I saw a picture with a removal mat at the bottom but maybe that was aftermarket. Thanks.

Yes, there should be a mat at the bottom. Double check to see if it's leaning vertically against the rear of the bin.

I looked there and didn't see it, so I emptied it out to snap a photo to send the dealer and that's when I noticed it leaning up vertically against the driver's side, out of view. 😒

Thanks!

Perfect. Glad you found it. Mine was hiding vertically when I took delivery 12 mos ago. Enjoy the ride.
