2021 Tellurides some prices and ETAS.

Found out earlier in the week that my 2020 SX (non-P) will he moved to a 2021 with eta of 8/19. Given everything going on and the supply chain issues I’m really happy about it. What’s another month added to my delivery at this rate? It’ll give me the minor improvements and the remote start on the fob which I’ve used a lot in the winter with other vehicles. Dealer is honoring 2020 price that we agreed on which was 1% below msrp and 1k finance rebate. Are most dealers charging more for the 2020s that got pushed to 2021 or honoring the price?

I hope my built up anticipation isn’t setting unrealistic expectations!!!

Stephen:

Any news on KFOS opening for new orders, and/or formal MSRP yet?

Thanks, btw, for all you do for us

So, looking at the window sticker Stephen posted (Thank You!) and comparing it to 2020 prices, I see only a $300 difference in price from 2020 to 2021 SX-Ps ($47,530 vs $47,830), which would be incredible news. Or did I miss something?

Also, have we established whether the tow package still includes the self-leveling suspension?

And, finally, it’s a relief to see the blind spot monitor is still an option. Someone in one of the Facebook Palisade groups started a rumor that the blind spot monitors were going to be removed from the Palisade because the NHTSA found them too distracting.

A little bummed about no digital dash in the 2021, but keyfob remote start and a minimal price increase are good news.

No official price point changes but viewing Window Stickers we can see it is very marginal increase.. curious to see what Black Edition will cost.

Still waiting to put in new orders .. I’m sure you will see dealers and myself going crazy when the flood gates open up again.

Cmsharp: Are you kidding? This is the end of June and Kia hasn't even filled orders on 2020's. I've been waiting since Jan 14th! So your dealer is blowing smoke and did he tell you that Santa was coming early this year too? Don't believe any of those clowns....
Sanjosejohn not kidding. Not a joke. Just relaying information from my dealer to the forum. This is a post regarding 2021 ETA’s, so calm down. I too ordered on Jan 14th from Kia of Muncie and they have always been upfront and honest. Could it be delayed? Sure, but I’ll gladly take any news of a delivery date and remain hopeful.

Kia converted a bunch of 2020 orders to 21s. They've apparently started building some 2021s this week.

Have several 2021's with August ETA's.. Have an incoming Prestige that already has a 2021 #View attachment 7873

@StephenCantrelle what is the ETA on this one pictured? If they are saying August - and it has already been built - then it will be a good test case for how quickly they are able to get deliveries going again. If this one has already been built - then it seems likely an August ETA is VERY conservative. Seems like this might show up realistically sometime in July.

Is it fair to say maybe the missing VINs from the lookup tool are now 2021s to fill the would-be 2020 orders backed up due to the virus and supply chain delays? Wonder if the tool will be able to generate those at some point? And like Aaron suggested, could pricing change for the true 2021s to be built later this summer?

Im still waiting for the rest of my 2020s that were pushed to show up in Kdealer order system. i only see two as of today! Worried of how far this will push new orders waiting to go in?!?

This one is by far quickest ETA of 07-06.. all other ones are towards end of month and beginning of August

Its weird that the 2021 says ETA 7-6 when I have ETAs for 2020 coming after that date.

Couldn’t trucking time affect that? Distance shipped etc?

Wonder if they're gonna sneak some "2021s" out without the 2021 updates? Certain trims and certain options still had the supplies available to build Im sure. Stranger things have happened between model years for other manufacturers over the years.

No It shows on the window sticker key fob remote start.

New heaters and arm rests too? Lol j/k

Encouraging news tho for remote start. Maybe they'll offer a solution to 2020 owners since the factory hasn't closed yet for "retooling" on the 2021 models. This of course if when a VIN is created the vehicle has been built and is awaiting transport holds true. Just more speculation
