  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi, this is my first post since joining this forum. I feel very fortunate to have been able to buy a Dark Moss SX-P right after the guy that ordered it couldn't wait any longer as his current lease was up so he had to give up the Telluride and buy something else on the lot. It was toward the end of February that I saw this Telly from the scraper site and I inquired about it fully expecting it was already allocated to someone. When I heard the salesman tell me it was in fact available, I jumped on it. This was shortly after the original owner gave it up and we only had to wait a couple more weeks for it to arrive and drive it home. My wife and I feel very fortunate! The options and colors are exactly what we would have ordered. We absolutely love our Telly!

Sounds like you were very fortunate in locating a Telluride. Congratulations and welcome!

Dark Moss sxp ftw.

Thank You!! I actually traded two vehicles for our Telluride, 2014 Highlander limited platinum and 2011 Kia Optima hybrid. The Optima was my commuter car until I recently retired, so I no longer needed it. We bought the Highlander new but my wife and I were never really that impressed by its ride quality. The Telly is sooo much better!! The only issues we had with the Highlander were the popular failing door lock actuators. I bought the Optima slightly used and put 50k miles on it and never had any problems with it. In spite of the fact it was a little "gut-less", I really liked that car. That's one reason I didn't hesitate buying another Kia.
