Hi @DruKe . Nice work keeping the site updated with recent changes. I was a developer in my previous life so I understand capturing all the combinations isn't easy. That said, I noticed two things:

1. When filtering on P/T only, it returned a list of N/P/T along with it. Screenshot shows this (P/T only items were shown in the mix on the second page).

2. It appears you have some duplicates in your filtering options: N/P/T and N/T/P (transposed letters) and N/T and T/N.

Dealer said he had a couple coming in that matched what we wanted so we put down 10% ($5,200) and that was that. Fast forward with COVID and plant shut down, dealer says now we are looking at August or so but will be a 2021. What exactly should I be looking for on failcat to confirm all of this? My dealer code is GA070. Thanks.

Wow, 10%? Most dealers are asking to put $500 or $1000 down.

Hello Surefire,

You can use failcat in two ways.
1. Get the VIN number from your dealer as soon as one is assigned. The VIN is assigned at build time, not before. Therefore the dealer should know soon if it's an early August delivery.
2. Get the specific features of the "couple coming" and check if any of the cars in failcat assigned to your dealer match the description (filter by dealer). Get in touch with dealer when you see a match to compare VIN numbers. With the powers of the members of this forum, you are way ahead of most dealers.

I would not recommend it personally. It’s bad enough people are posting on FB group constantly. Kia is monitoring and has already disabled one version we have had here.

Possibly but between not knowing where the window stickers are stored on kia.ca and little time, I'm not sure it will happen anytime soon if ever.

This VIN is showing up PRE and it's actually P/N. 1st world problems, I know.. Just trying to help iron those issues out. Appreciate the time and effort into the site!

Thanks, I had option code 40 listed twice and the PRE was above the P/N. Fixed.

I stopped sending window stickers to dealers who can't find the incoming unit on their manifest...I say keep asking your bosses boss until someone tells you about this vehicle and call me back...
