• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I have an EX with tow package and bench seats. When you push the button by the headrest or the bottom of the chair of the middle row, are they supposed to automatically fold and move forward for both sides or just one? I am told by my KIA dealership that it is supposed to do that only on the passenger side. Currently, my driver sides bench seats only fold but do not move forward. If i remember correctly, my salesman told my wife and I that it should fold and move forward as well? PLEASE HELP

UPDATE:
Found my answer. Now trying to figure out how to delete this thread.

They should move forward to allow entry into the back - yes? It's not a Sorento... what is the answer you found?

Ah yes, I believe there is a service bulletin for some cables related to the slide forward action for Tellurides that were manufacturered in 2019. Check the Technical Service Bulletin section of forum. I remembered both sides sliding forward with button push when I test drove an EX with bench. Only makes sense. The Sorento only slides forward on one side I believe - maybe that's why they thought it didn't slide on both.
