Weird radio message

Ok I've had my car for a year and keep getting this intermittent message on my screen. I've restarted phone and car to see if it'll disappear and it keeps popping up. Anybody have any idea what this is? It comes through as a text message and is really annoying.

I understand that the Telluride uses the Verizon network, so it may be related to that. I think you'll need to contact Kia or Verizon to help understand why it keeps coming up. Did you ever activate UVO?

That's a message from verizon, open the message, there should be an unsubscribe on it somewhere I would think.

It only appears on my car screen, can't click anywhere. Just says restart device to finish activation. I turn radio on and off but it keeps coming up.

That looks like a phone text message, not UVO. You sure someone else's phone isn't connected to your system?

Look to the right of the power/volume knob, there is a small hole, that is the reset button for the system. You will need a paper clip to press that button and your system will reboot for that upgrade/update. Turning off the system via the power knob will not reboot the system.
