Hi, I am currently looking in to buying a 2021 SX-P. When I talked to a dealer, he said that its currently not available to be ordered. However, he said that the car can be ordered with the nightfall edition. Is he right?

Is this mistake on the dealer part, but still dealer would have to honor this deal right or they would face false advertising?

Use to work at this location.. definitely mistake.. also they have 2k worth of dealer adds on all cars(not just Tellurides)

Stephen--Assume the vehicle is still available for purchase. Is the dealer required by law to sell at an advertised price or can they just say, No, we made a mistake on our website and price is no longer valid?

No not required.. all dealers have discloser/disclaimer tags on price

The price on the Internet (or a generic email) is only there to get you to call or come in. It will never be the sell price. No laws. The final price is what you negotiate on a bill of sale / finance contract.
