• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Just curious if anyone has installed the Truxxx 2" Lift Kit who can share their thoughts? It's on sale now, and the price is very reasonable. Quite honestly, I don't plan to take the telly offroading but I do love the look with black wheels and all terrain tires. I've got the EX with 18" wheels (the ugly ones :)) and plan to upgrade my wheels/tires soon.. Just trying to decide whether to go with the 20s and lower profile tires, or smaller wheels with all terrain tires...Attached photo is a LX model for inspiration...

I’d love feedback from anyone who has done the lift and kept 20” tires. I’d love an inch or so of lift but am worried that will throw off the look. The 20s already look just right with the current rise height - a two inch look light makes we wheels look like sofa wheels.

I just got the kit. I'm called around and two places would not give me a quote without seeing it. The third-place said it'd cost $400 to install the kit. The alignment was overpriced at $150 but they seem very professional. I'm also considering installing it my self and having it aligned after.

I've been busy adding a 7/4 pin plug combo and will be adding a brake controller before adding the lift.

I'll update this post once I decide and have it done.
