    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... VIN Lookup Site

Yeah - I noticed at your dealership - Failcat has 24 VINs produced this month. That has to be the highest or one of the highest sales months for your dealership. I suspect September will be pretty good as well. Well deserved business @StephenCantrelle !!
If no delays will have 31 Tellurides next month as a store... Currently managing 10 of them and counting..

If KIA keeps up the production rate (keeps going up) I have dreams of my car sliding into August. A guy can dream anyway!

Awesome! Hopefully we’ll be able to get together on something soon.

@StephenCantrelle 2 more VINs for your dealership today on failcat. Makes 8 this week. Just curious how the ETAs on these compare to the estimates from say a month ago? Production seems to be going really strong the last few weeks. Wondering if any of the ones you are tracking are moving up. Also - more Tellurides with the tow package rolled off the production line again yesterday.

ETA are way stronger.. the Gravity Gray Prestige Nightfall that was built today for me has ETA of 08-16..

And yes ETA’s move around like crazy so I try not to focus on them to much until produced and when shipped out..

@DruKe

VIN 5XYP5DHC7MG095761 is not showing on Failcat. It does show on https://www.kia.com/us/services/en/windowsticker/load/5XYP5DHC7MG095761. Any idea why?

Thanks

It may have been retroactively (my word here) entered after the initial scrape and had fallen outside of the back log scraper. It only scrapes a certain amount backwards and by the time it got entered, it may have been too far back to look. At least that's my guess.

OK thanks. Looks like it should have been created with the others in the 06/18/20 create group. It's showing in stock now on the dealers website.

Could you request this in the proper thread? This thread is relates to the VIN look up site.

My bad

@DruKe, apologies if this was already mentioned somewhere but I couldn't find the answer. Just curious if Failcat is already coded to report when Wolf Gray and Glacial White Pearl start showing on VINs? Very eagerly awaiting those Wolf Grays to come off the line. :-D

Thank you!!!

@DruKe - I've noticed that there doesn't appear to be a way to clear a filter once you've set it, forcing a refresh to reset the data - You might be able to lower some of the traffic if you added a reset button or added "clear" options to each of the filters (choosing filter... does nothing). Maybe I'm just being dense and missing it though?

Maybe it's not a concern, but just thought I'd mention it.

Click on "Stats" and then next to "Xxx matching cars..." Click "View". That stats app is a bit easier to filter on a mobile device. Failcat works a bit better for filtering on a PC.

@jw_tx21 - I'm using chrome on a mac.

Should be, from what I can tell, there is no designation in the original code. So when they hit, they should show up. I noticed that the spelling for 20 and 21 gray/grey switched and the site automatically picked it up.

What? 22GB of traffic per month for a text site is too much? Yeah it's on the to-do list as well as shorting the preload of the data to the last X amount as a default. Just need to get some time. I seemed to remember you are also handy with coding yes? If so, hit me up privately. I might employ you (same offer I got - gratis) to assist if you want to help.
