Help... looking for tracking info for VIN # 5XYP5DHC0MG106793 which came up on failcat on August 1st and is heading to XXXX which is where I ordered mine back in Feb 2020.

Quick back story about my experience. I put $1000 down back in Feb 2020 for dealer to order my Telluride. Joined forum and left my dealer alone for four months because I knew it would take a while (they told me 12 weeks). Started calling two months ago for update (I hadn't heard anything) and dealer has not been very responsive only one call to tell me they had no news yet. Now this Telluride pops up with my specs going to the dealer I ordered from. I believe that is my order but you would think they would be happy to update me to let me know. They have had my money for six mos and still no car.

Thank you Stephen for the quick reply and it is an original order and so I guess I will keep having to wait it out. I am planning my next steps and will make sure to post in the forum in the appropriate section about my dealer experience.

@StephenCantrelle can you please lookup VIN 5XYP5DHCXMG101360 for me. The ETA was 8/14 last week, when I checked with dealer yesterday, he said it's showing 8/26. Not sure if its normal for ETA to change like this.
