• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I'd it possible to regulate the volume level when beeped as you cross a line without turn signaling. In settings I see a beep at top right where you can toggle the touch screen beeping on or off but don't find a way to to control the beep sounds. Do you know where the beep is located in the dash that maybe one can muffle it a bit?

You definitely can if you poke around in the vehicle settings in your gauge cluster screen. I don’t remember off the top of my head what they are specifically and I’m not near my vehicle, but they’re in there.

Looks like it’s user settings > driver assistance > warning volume. That should take care of it. Look starting on 4-69 of your owner manual.

There is also a setting to turn off the warning entirely if you would like. But, the proper thing to do (for your fellow drivers on the road), is to use a turn signal when changing lanes ;)

Unfortunately no. Even with the warning volume at the lowest setting is it still loud AF for a sleeping child in the car.

Only other option is to turn off the warnings, which is not ideal if you want to utilize the safety feature. The lane indicator will still appear on the cluster/HUD and the steering wheel will still vibrate if that is enough to suit your needs.

Sometimes there are situations where you want to avoid a pothole or take a wider turn, or road construction that forces you to travel over the painted lines. When I know I’m passing a long stretch of construction, I will sometimes disable LDW, the button bellow the far left HVAC vent. But in unexpected situation, it’s unavoidable to hear that loud tone.
