• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Telluride Spottings - Post em

@Karen , that's not TOO bad. Do you know what the purchase vs labor cost was? You could, of course, install them yourself, but I understand having the dealer put them on. I think purchasing at ~700 and an install cost within ~100 wouldn't be too bad of a purchase.

Edited to include @Frankie Knuckles , that's what it was for me (using what's on the build site), but @Karen , i think if you could get the dealer to install at a slightly more reasonable cost, it wouldn't be bad.

@NDBlackEX , i was thinking the same thing also, but wasn't sure.
I couldn’t install them myself, I’m a girl without mechanical skills 😀
I could try another dealership though and see what they quote.

The oem side steps for this vehicle just work so well in my opinion. I knew I liked the look but was afraid of them getting in my way. I bothered a few other forum members who had posted pics of their Telluride with steps and all of them were nice enough to respond and give me their two cents. All basically encouraged me to go for it. I have no regrets. They don’t really get in my way at all and they look better in person than pictures, which I believe can be said for the Telluride in general...

I'm not totally sure but I dont think they've built any in Wolf Grey yet. It was likely Gravity Grey. Wolf grey is the same as ceramic silver.
It definitely wasn't the gravity gray or the silver.. but it could have been a wrap.. it had the nightfall wheels and blacked out badges.

Yeh, must have been a wrap. Supposedly they will be making the Wolf grey in Sept.

@Orcadriver , I’m loving the look of that gravity gray in the rain!

This might not count as a “spotting” — more like a “stalking”.
I often drive by the local dealership and sometimes I do a quick pass through the lot to see what’s new. (Don’t judge me folks. Lol)
Saw this NF one today. Couldn’t tell which exact trim but I assume it’s an EX b/c there were no fog lights.40CF694D-E6CF-4460-9810-09F356F96816.webp

@CasperT, I do the same thing an stalk my local Kia dealership a couple times a week. It helps satisfy my Telluride cravings. :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: They have a 10K markup so not even thinking of purchasing from them.

Yesterday in Oregon, you never know what you’ll find at a Home Depot,,,,,, 😎48001D79-F0C1-4A16-AF3B-B794D2893BC8.webp

They have about a 5K markup in my area. I was able to order one though for "only" a 2K markup. My wife thinks i'm crazy for wanting to pay over MSRP for a car...🤷‍♂️

Shes right.
Yeah, in most cases, she usually is right. When we are serious about buying, I might change my mind and go with a "lesser" car that will have less features and cost less... maybe...

The reason the Telluride is so popular is the bang you get for the money, You start paying more than the MSRP and your loosing that.

I still think though that at 2K over MSRP for an SX-P, I am still getting more bang for buck then a VW Atlas SEL-Premium or any luxury option like Audi, Volvo, or Infiniti, etc

The wife doesn't!

GG EX.

After seeing the 18” Pirellis, I’m looking forward to owning the 20s on the EX-P
