@StephenCantrelle Is there anyway to track an order number? I have some trust issues after waiting a few months... I put my "order" in what I was told was KFOS, but come to find out it was only Kdealer, and hasn't actually made it into KFOS yet. I went ahead and sold one vehicle a couple months ago because I was told my unit would be in by Sept/Oct. That is not going to happen. So we started looking at other vehicles and I didn't love any of them. I found a telluride 13 hours away that has an ETA supposedly, so I assume in KFOS, but no vin. He sent me the Order #, any way you can verify it for me?

hmmmm should be MG not MH before 102306... MG102306 is an EX that is sold from last month at Gossett Kia..

That is weird. The vin that I found through the lookup and that you gave me an ETA on matches their ETA as well.

Cant check with accuracy anymore... Use to but Kia Corp changes what we can see going to others stores with the Telluride.. so have to wait till Vin is generated

Yes MG108946 is your car.. can see your name attached ETA showing 09-15 to Gossett... maybe salesman got vin mixed up with another EX they had

Just looked at MG112017 again.. it is in Transit to dealer...ETA showing 09-13 but may show sooner to Napoli

Hello, my original ETA was 8/27 and then it was delayed until 9/3. The status shows "TN" which I was told was in transit.

That’s disappointing but somewhat expected since it hasn’t arrived today. Do you know what might cause a week delay after it’s already in transit? Is there another status that we should be looking for?

TN is transit Tending(assigned for transport but not yet sent out) IT is In Transit(physically on its way)
