No, the $500 down was nonrefundable to put me "in line" for ordering the vehicle. It's only $500, but again... maybe someone here wants to jump that line and get a SX-P Nightfall Telly TODAY

Goodness. That's a decent sized price tag - non refundable and marked up. That's rough. Sorry to hear it. Then again, a new x5 is more costly than that. Glad to hear you got something you like.
