Wild question but, on delivery, do we / were we supposed to get a Sirius trial? With our last new car, we received a 3mo trial.

Thanks. I’ll reach out. We didn’t stick around at the dealer long enough for them to set it up.
You might be able to activate the trial yourself on the sirus website. Just need to locate your receiver id in the settings.
I received a email 9/25 showing mine trial subscription expires on 12/17/2020 - which means it was activated on 9/17/2020. Haven't seen the vehicle yet. Dealer said "
LOL this is a Sirius marketing email, but your Telluride is still scheduled to be here by the first week in October, so I am waiting hoping everyday that it shows up early".
WTF
At the conclusion of the trial, does it automatically convert to a paid subscription or is the service turned off?
Just happened to me. expecting delivery tomorrow the 3rd but received an email today thanking me for setting it up. Salesman has no ideaI think you’re right. Should be simple.
the dealer can reset it, even if it has been started. Surprised you got the email already - as in the vehicle has already been tied to you before pick up
Just spkke with manager mine is still sitting in ohio waiting nf to be delivered to dealer. Kia made them mark it sold so they could get more allocation even though they really don't have it. They can't tell me how long it's been there or when it will come in. Blamed truckers. Auto kicks in Sirius trial when that happens. Mine was on failcat 10//13 with eta of 11/13. Which has been changed 5 times already and now nobody knows when it will be here. Kia needs to get their delivery chain together.Yeah, when we finally received our new '22 Telly, XM was working for about 2 days but then shut off. I suspect the trial may have started before we got it and ran out just after it got here. There are XM subscription pamphlets in the glovebox but I haven't really followed up on that yet.![]()
