• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Highest MSRP I’ve seen!!

Only $10K premium? In SoCal, I see $14K markup.

Looks optioned perfectly to me! I am going to place an order with Moe at Hilltop but I went to a local dealer yesterday to verify colors. 10K markups on all Tellurides and even a 3K markup on the Seltos! Salesman came out and funny enough it was a guy I went to high school with back in the early 90's! Anyway took a pic of the sticker on one of the Tellurides and it was 62239.00! 10K markup, LoJack 995.00 and some other disable thing for 395.00. I just don't get it. I am having a hard enough time mentally paying MSRP for something!

Greenway Kia in West Palm Beach had a Nightfall SXP for 66k.
That’s just insane. I hope that sits there and rust in the lot.

I'm curious what people who finance these things are going to do in 3 or 4 years and have to sell for whatever reason. They will owe more than it's worth.

Or gosh forbid, wreck it shortly after buying it. I saw a member on here had a total loss and they stated they paid a market premium. Hope they had a large down payment or GAP insurance. A lot of fools are buying these vehicles (not referring to that forum member at all). I foresee tons of repos in the future with people more than likely, overextending themselves and making foolish decisions. But hey, not my money/life though.

Most of these dealers don’t care. Trade that thing back in and roll it on to the next loan. Seems like these are holding their value right now but we will see in a few years if they are worth 25k.

I got the 5k mark up but I also got a toll booth ticket for $51.00 a few day's later because when he delivered it he went through toll booth with my Temp tag! I never even signed the paper's yet and he slapped my temp on it,If he had an accident with dealer tag at least it would have been covered! I win for having the dumbest salesman, but I'm sure he learned from this experience after he got chewed out.

Dealers in my area are showing T’s in stock in every trim level. Some have SX trim that have not been delivered as of yet but VIN is already listed.

I think T’s In all trims might become readily available within the next 6 months depending on how the economy weathers the election. If a proven COVID-19 vaccine gets the economy moving again it may take a little longer, but it will happen. Two years from now I’d bet no one will pay MSRP for a Telluride

I wonder if GAP would insure a car marked up so high.
