I was, for lack of a better word, obsessed with getting a larger SUV for about a year before I decided on the Telluride. I researched and researched and then researched some more. The Telluride always came up as the number one pick. I never liked the pictures of the dark moss Tellurides online, then I saw one up close and personal. At that moment I knew that was the color for me and I bought it on the spot.
I'm enjoying my car immensely and joined the forum for tips! I have been too lazy to even look at the manual, but have watched videos and googled my questions, which led me here more than once.
One question I haven't been able to find the answer to is regarding a MPG indicator (I have no clue what it's called). Most of my former cars had something I could look at very easily to tell me how many miles per gallon I was getting. Is there one on the Telluride EX? If there is, I haven't been able to find it. Also, I'm surprised it doesn't have automatic locks. A car with all the bells and whistles and something so basic is not included.
Anyhow, I'm looking forward to reading more here.

the MPG average (per tank of gas though you can reset that) is found in the menu on your steering dash that looks like the piece of paper 
click it through and you will get to the mpg menu.
