I'm at about 8000 Km and I have a few questions about the service schedule.

Am I required to go to a Kia dealership as part of the service schedule?

The schedule on the vehicle tells me my next maintenance is at 12000km, is that accurate, so I need to book before that number reaches.

How much does KIA charge for this service schedule?

Oil can be changed anywhere, at least for yourself. Be sure to keep receipts.

In Alberta, you need to change the oil every 6k, since Kia relates Alberta to difficult climatic conditions. change the first time faster, since you already have 2k mileage from above.

To maintain the warranty from Kia, you only need to (necessarily) change filters and oil, the rest is optional.
In calgary, oil will be replaced by dealers at approximately 60 mineral and 100 synthetic. The oil filter is already included in this price.

Change oil every 6k, engine air filter every 10k - you will retain a full warranty from Kia with minimal maintenance costs.

Were lifetime oil changes not included in the cost of the vehicle? I thought this was a Kia thing, even though I've asked with other brands and received, I didn't have to ask with my Telluride.

I bought mine in Ottawa and oil changes for life was part of the deal. A friend bought a Kia Forte last week and received the same thing. Now maybe it's dealership specific because this will only be honored at Dalawri owned dealerships. I would ask as I had the same thing on my previous Ford Flex.

The Ford Flex had a lot of room. You won't be disappointed with the room in the Telluride in comparison

This was my biggest concern yet. I'm glad to hear. I was looking for dimension to compare the trunk opening of both vehicles. People are shocked by what we can fit in the Flex.
