Let’s start a thread for all those who have been ::this close:: to getting their hands on the Telluride of their dreams, only to have it not work out 
Aka: the Telluride venting thread
I’ll start: I have my order in, but I found my exact trim show up on FC headed to Maine a few weeks ago. I called the dealer, and they said it was spoken for. Makes sense, but I asked them to keep me posted if anything in my preferred trim showed up.
This morning I get an email from the dealer saying that exact same VIN I called about had fallen through, and it was available. As bad luck would have it, I was on the road when the email came in, and saw it an hour later. I reached back out, but he said another couple was looking at it. That was all I needed to hear, as I knew it was gone...and he confirmed it an hour or so later. He said it essentially sold 30 seconds after he emailed me.
Just the worst feeling knowing it literally slipped through my hands. EX-P, Gravity Grey w/ grey interior, absolutely no factory add-ons.
Ah well, here’s hoping my order goes into KFOS this week
