Fargo delivery times

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone on here has ordered a Telluride from Kia of Fargo. How long it took before you were notified that the order had been accepted and ETA? I ordered an SXP on Sept 29th and have not heard anything.

Call and ask them. Also ask where you are on the list. I ordered around Sept 9. Was told order went thru but also told 10-12 month wait. When I ordered I was about 100 on list. As of 11/16/20 I’m about 70. I think any ETA comes after a VIN is created.

Thanks, I’d appreciate it if you can keep me posted when you get a vin and eta. I spoke to Adam about 3 weeks ago, i was about 90th on the list at the time

I’m waiting for a SX. failcat.com runs a Dailey list of new VINs but I guess KIA doesn’t especially like it and sometimes tries to block it. There was a survey on this Forum , with a small response rate, showing that the largest category of wait time was 3-4 months but don’t think it is representative of Telluride owners because of the small response rate.

I ordered a SXP Nightfall in June of this year from Fargo Kia. Was told I should expect it to arrive in April of 2021. Pretty frustrating. I could have shortened the wait a few months by going thru Minneapolis. But decided to stay local for the purchase.

Man do I feel fortunate! I ordered my SX end of August and took delivery 53 days later. Was told it was going to take much longer than it did. Hope you have similar luck.

Hey Fargo residents why not look in the Twin Cities? If you check the dealers web sites you could find a vehicle much sooner.

Lots of people buy cars remotely. Fargo is only a few hours away and your local dealer will be happy to service it

That's what I did. I did order an EXP thru Fargo. It took 5 months exactly with the factory shutdown in the middle.
