  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... I think Infiniti is getting game again

Looks decent, grill reminds me of Palisade. I really wish Nissan stops using CVT on all their cars.

Not for me.

Reminds me of the BMW X6 and the Range Rover Evoque which both seem pointless to me because they aren't big enough to be functional SUVs and they aren't really small enough to be convenient. I suppose if you were single with a dog or maybe a young couple with a dog then it might make sense but otherwise...

It's been said. CVT. (n)

I owned an older Infiniti SUV and visited my local dealership to see the new models a couple of years back. I wanted a fully loaded model and was disappointed to see I couldn't even get the options I had in my older model if I paid extra for them, I walked out. People see the name and get all giddy, but that's all your getting, a name.

Call me biased but I prefer GV80/GV70 over QX60/QX55. :)

I love come back stories , in my books Infinity should have been gone by now , from a design POV , they appear to have a new sense of direction with these 2 new SUVs . Fun to watch

I do have a soft spot for Infiniti as I have owned one previously. However, I do not have any faith left for Nissan products any longer. I do wish them well. I hope they improve their cars more than just the looks to be competitive.

Infiniti's make excellent slightly used cars. I bought a M56x that had less than 30k miles. The original sticker was in the mid 70's and I got it CPO for $35k. It was such a great road trip car. AWD, 420hp V8, high quality interior, reliable, etc. Buying these types of cars after a lease is the way to go.

This is a good looking SUV ! imho ! :giggle:
I have always liked the styling of the Infiniti SUVs. Same with this one. However, part of their styling plus has a negative impact on their utility - the sloping top and rounded sides above the mid-line. That being said, if cargo or people space is not your priority, looks great, but will come with high operation/maintenance costs.

Would love to say so, but not with FWD-based, insipid powertrain-wise (also could have a lot more to modernize the dash) - the proverbial lipstick on a pig (not anywhere close to being anything like the FX).

The GV70 will destroy this.
