Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 21 Telluride Ex - radio stopped working and screen went black all fuses are good only 4498 miles on it

I did press it but I did not hold it down or anything just a quick press of the button but nothing happened and I bought it brand new with zero miles two months ago
Is there a after market receiver that can replace it that may be more reliable.

You may need to hold it down for a little bit (probably with a pen or something small).
I can’t imagine how an aftermarket unit would work... the stock unit is pretty tightly integrated. But I’ve never even considered changing anything on mine.
