• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does Kia require that dealers provide a full tank of gas as part of the pre-sale prep before the customer takes possession of their new Telly?

i would ask for it to have a full tank of gas before taking possession. Traded in our car on fumes, and the Telluride was full

Not sure if it's required, but it is considered common courtesy for a new car to come with full tank.

I picked mine up yesterday and it only had 3/4 of tank. Salesperson called me right after I left and asked me to meet him at the gas station down the road to fill it up. He apologized for not having it full on pickup.

Mine was full when I picked it up in Plano, Texas. Not sure if it's required, but I'm glad they did that. My dealer also threw in a complete set of OEM all weather floor mats (in addition to the carpeted mats I had ordered).

I got a full tank with the purchase, all I can say.
