• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2022 Kia Telluride! What to expect.

🤖 AI Summary

Why not dual exhaust with the quad tip look? Their website says entertainment package coming soon. So you’ll get those TVs.
Right now they can't do duel exhaust because of the full size spare tire under the rear of the Telluride.

I’m confused: I thought full size spare meant it’s the same as the rest of the tires, which the spare on the Telly is currently not.
I finally got around to checking out the spare tire. It looks like having a full sized spare under there would hang too low for even the easiest of forest roads. Pretty disappointed Kia; a 4-pin connector, no recovery hooks, and no full sized spare option.
One more thing, you're going to want to add a flathead screwdriver to the toolkit to remove the little panel where you lower the tire.

if you build the telluride on Kia website it has a checbox that says “entertainment package" coming soon. So I'm sure you'll see that maybe next year? It's $1500 add on
I think you're right about "next year." I just put in an order in mid-September and it didn't "take." As in, they wouldn't accept it as part of the order. Oh well, I'm fine with the USB ports....

I would like to see the following for a 2022 Kia Telluride SX:

1. Power Steering Wheel
2. Dual Exhaust
3. 340 HP Engine Option
4. 12 inch Info Screen
5. Virtual Driver screen
6. Massaging Seats
7. True Panoramic Moonroof
8. Turning Headlights
9. Get all that for $50,000 MSRP

Idk if this was mentioned but am I the only person who hopes for a trim that has those plastic trim moldings painted the way Palisade does when you get their “Limited” package.

Idk if someone posted this but am I the only person who hopes for a trim in the 2022 Model that has those plastic trim moldings come painted the same color of the car the way the Palisade does with their “Limited” package. Obviously along with all those other suggestions.

2022 want list:

1. REAL AWD system (BMW x5)
2. More horsepower and torque! "Better throttle response. 365hp would do just right :)" (Will be trying that PCT performance chip in my 2021)
3. 16+ speaker Harman Kardon System with Better Subwoofer (BMW x5 HK 16 speaker system is shweet)
4. Larger screen, 12.3 minimum
5. Wider wheels, at least 275s
6. Dual side twin pipes
7. Headlights that turn with direction of steering wheel
8. Wheel options
9. Single long panoramic roof
Hi, was wondering if you had installed the OCT chip yet? I have a 21 sxp. Just installed the k&n air intake. Thanks

Still waiting on my vehicle to arrive 😂. Will do further research once I have vehicle in possession. But based on current insight, the only thing those chips may improve is throttle response. They are typically more effective on turbos, like the new Sorento has or their Stinger.

Agree with all of the above, plus:
10. Factory installed trailer brake controller with Tow pakage (even if optional)
11. Off road package with higher clearance, beefier suspension and off road tires.
12. Higher tow capacity
13. Ability to play High Def music files (with ability to plug in standard stereo jack from high def player)
14. More customizable infotainment / navigation system.

I'd like to see the full screen gauge cluster like the palisade and maybe the option for a full pano sunroof. Would also like more interior colour options.

If they do that I hope it's optional. Being an old fart, I much prefer the analog gauges. I agree with your on the other two items.

FYI more speakers does not equal a better sound system. Some of the highest end audio builds just have 4 speakers and a sub, or 6 if you separate the tweets. The sound stage up front just needs quality stereo. It’s a gimmick car makers use (the large number of speakers), not sure why they do it since audiophiles aren’t fooled, but I guess it seems impressive to say you have 20 speakers in the car. You don’t need 20 or 30 speakers in a car, man, it’s a tiny space. A real upgrade would be higher quality speakers, and less of them, a more powerful amp, a sub, and the right tuning. But they don’t do that because it’s too expensive, I guess. Better to buy 15 crap little speakers than two great ones

Agree 1000%. Now if they were to put some well-placed Bowers and Wilkins speakers I’d be impressed!

I want options for the wood trim in the interior, multiple color options for the premium headliner (black, dune, etc.) 400hp (hybrid or non, don't really care) and maybe a blue?
