• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Does anyone have pictures of what either one of the Rear Bumper Protector and Aluminum Skid plate look like?

There are only stock "KIA" pictures in place of real ones when you select these in the build page.

If anyone has these on theirs please post a picture of either one. Thanks!

Very easy to install. Clean bumper with rubbing alcohol, there is a little arrow in center of protector you line up with latch. Dry fit and Use masking tape to mark each end. Peel off backing tape and apply. They suggest not get wet for 24 hours. Has very good instructions. Ps it covered the area I already damaged my bumper cover pulling a slide out of the back!

You can get from your dealers parts dept or look an order online. I have attached a screen shot of an online location - there are more - the screen shot has the part number so you can research for best price.AB52FAFF-CDFF-43B4-AD69-BB27BE0D8211.webp

A skid plate typically refers to a protective plate that is installed on the underside of the vehicle. I haven't seen one on a Telluride yet. But the black bumper cover can be seen in Lou's post above from July, 4, 2019. The aluminum protective pieces in the cargo area are not the "skid plates" I believe you are referring to. Not sure what KIA is calling those two aluminum pieces, but are they not installed on every trim level?

OK, that's what I figured you were looking for. Not sure where to find them. Which trims don't have the aluminum pieces in the cargo area, and what type of pieces are there if not metal? Just curious. Thanks.
