Vibration at speed..

I have a 2020 Telluride I had a problem with vibration at highway speed last year that went away .Now this year am having the same problem I get the wheels rebalance in both situation but for some reason this time it's not going away. I feel it in the steering wheel and gas pedal. Can some one help me. Please
