infotainment system blacks out

my infotainment panel has gone blank twice now. it comes back on after it sits for a while then turned back on but it's completely dead...no radio, back up camera, clock or anything!
took it to the dealer and of course it was working when i dropped it off and after an hour they came back with no reason for it. it's now an open case with KIA.

has anyone else had this problem of the monitor going blank?

Just push your reset button with a pin or pen tip if it ever happens again and you should be good.

happened to me a couple of times before the unit went completely dead. Dealership had to order a new unit and replaced it

This just happened to me. Is this a common issue? My car is less than 1 year old and I'm not happy with this. Do I need to reset everytime this happens?
