Okay so I need help. A few weeks ago I called my rep for a status update on my telly, she told me she had a vin and my delivery date was October 9. I called back today to get the vin and she told me she didn’t have a vin. She had some type of ID number that turns into a VIN? And she told me that my delivery date had been pushed back but she didn’t know when it would be and the status of my car said “in transit”
I feel like I’m not getting the right answers or much help.
Does anyone know if there’s a way to track the car with an ID number. It’s 8 digits and starts with a J.
Also. What does “in transit” mean
I also haven’t seen my vin in failcat either. I ordered around the 9th of July.
