  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hi there,

I picked up my Telluride on June 14th. I received 2.9% for 60 months and the $1,000 competitive bonus rebate. However no $1,500 rebate for financing through Kia. I've been on multiple forums and threads and it seems like the vast majority of folks received this $1,500 financing rebate.

Is there a way to tell if this was available back then? I have a meeting with the Sales Manager on Tuesday to discuss. I'm hoping it was just an oversight, but shame on me for not researching ahead of time.

Thanks for any valuable insight you might have!

The $1500 rebate is the dealers choice program from KMF. Essentially, 1.9% APR 48 mos, 2.9% 60mos. But, dealers typically do or try to add 1% to these rates.

The low APR program is 0.9% for 48 mos, 1.9% for 60 mos. - no rebate.

I don't know which program your dealer used, but yes, research ahead of time helps. The availability of the $1500 rebate is regional, and Kia removed it from their main website presumably to allow dealers to add to rates. Anyway, you can ask - if your dealer claimed the rebate but didn't pass along to you, that would be a shame. All the best!

Btw, that Dealers Choice program is still widely available per other posts.

You might look at post 514 on the thread “What did you pay for your KIA Telluride?” - it has a screenshot from the KIA Finance programs that’s from a dealer’s computer. I have attached the shot from that post.35653ED8-9578-47BE-90F2-AFC58AF64C11.webp
