• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 100% Hand Car Wash Okay?

@Mavrx Yes it is. If you search google or Amazon you can buy them for about $20. No need to spend $40-$50 for a Named one as long as the fittings are a quality material like brass etc. The reason I like the FoamCannon is I started using it when I had my black Stinger, it puts down a really nice layer of thick soap to hand wash with which reduces the chances of minor scratches. On my Stinger I noticed a huge difference in swirls etc from my previous black vehicles. There’s lots of good How To videos out there.

@AnnieTD Yes, I have an Electrical Power Washer which are really good these days.
I was just looking up electric pressure washers. We have a gas but thinks it’s to powerful

I wouldn’t say you could as I’m not sure the pressure of your unit but you can use different nozzle to reduce the pressure.

If you have to go through a wash tunnel, Make sure it's a touch less car wash.

This thread sent me down a rabbit hole earlier. According to the internet, every way you wash your car will ruin it forever.

Found this telling that touchless car washes are the work of satan himself

It's better than those spinning brushes in the other type of automatic car washes. If you live in the northern part of the country,
Where winter sets in with snow & salt a touch less is the next best thing.

I agree. I just found it funny that someone literally has a problem with every single type of way to wash a car.

anything short of a 3 hour hand wash with a two bucket system, using a chinchilla as your sponge, followed by a clay bar and a 20 people blowing it dry will make your car un-drivable

How are y’all cleaning your SX wheels? I absolutely hate all the numerous tight spaces and my hands are too big to get in those spaces. Suggestions? TIA!

Will do. Thanks!
