2020 telluride the hands free sounds very faint and a bit metallic on my end. Also when using the navigation as well and it no longer mutes the music when it speaks. Please help my Sister is so frustrated. It worked fine for years and just started this resently. We have tried different phones and it is the same with both phones. Using iphone12 fully updated. Please help me fix this. Thanks for any assistance!

Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help.
