• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Took my 2020 for a windshield replacement. When they tried to start it to calibrate it would not turn over, no power. They called and said I needed a new battery which was odd because I've had no issues at all. Then they called and said it still would not start. It's been 5 weeks with them going back and forth with Kia tech telling them to try this and that with no resolution. Today they called to say they were going to check the A pillars to see if any of the wires were damaged during the windshield installation. Anyone ever experienced this issue?
