• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2021 EX: Troubles with Carplay?

From another thread: I sent the text from this post verbatim to my dealer this morning asking if they can correct the USB cable issue.
I will follow up with my findings.

Are you sure CarPlay is enabled on the Telluride? Setup > device connections > CarPlay. Make sure the box is checked.

Also make sure you are using a good data cable.
Don't use a 3rd party cable connector. Sometimes those kind of connectors don't work well in this context.

I've experienced intermittent connections before and found it fixed with another cable. Then it was fading in and out over the last few days. I've used High end cords only; not the cheap ones. I've tried brand new- out of the package cords and now my USB port won't recognize a connection at all. Something is clearly wrong with the USB connection. Also my phone is less than 3 weeks old.
