Where are you referring to?

If I click on UVO then weather it wants me to activate UVO which I don't want to do.

Other users seem to have insinuated they still have weather without UVO.

I could be misunderstanding you. In the right pane when I swipe up and down it switches between compass and minimap and weather as well as a couple of other things. When the weather one (current temperature) is visible, there is a little arrow beside the word today that switches to the three day forecast.

I updated today only because I already had the fall update and had lost my 3 tiles, and I noticed on someone else post, that they made the font bigger for the main screen which is pretty huge QOL for me. And it turned out to be true. I never checked anything else.
