• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Hoping someone can provide some assistance or had a similar issue that can share. We have a 2021 Telluride and suddenly while driving, the instrument cluster "went crazy" all needles bouncing, the fwd collision going off, side mirrors flashing and alerts going off. We took it to the dealer and they said it's a wiring and module issue that it should be 9V but it is only getting 2v. The issue is, they said they have been waiting for approval from Kia for 3 weeks, and it may be 2 months or more to fix! I understand supply chain issues as I work in that field but no offer of loaner or any recourse at this point but to wait. To add to the issue it also has the thumping in the rear that they said may be 4-5 months for the part to fix. Just curious about everyone's thoughts? Love the vehicle and have had several Kia's but this is not good for a brand new vehicle.
