• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2022 Audio and Nav update available today

Installing update and it's been going along for over an hour. Screen shows Maps 1/5 and circle is spinning. It was at this same point 30 minutes ago. What now?

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Let it go, mine took a long time in the beginning but then sped up.

Anyone else having trouble getting the Display Audio updater to work? Every time I plug in the USB it tells me "no data found." I've tried two different USB thumb drives in both FAT32 and ExFat, but no luck. I was able to do the Navigation update, but just can't get the Display Audio update to load. 2020 EX.

**EDIT** I think I found the answer in another forum thread: the Display Audio update is for non-nav models.

Does the car have to be turned on to do the update or can I get the update started and then turn the car off? I do not want to leave the car running for a long time if I don’t have to.

Car needs to be at least in accessory mode to complete the process. Engine on is only recommended in case something happens to the battery power. But if that's happening then it's time to get a new battery.

I turned it off after the update started. No issues. Only the Voice recognition seems to be unreliable in my opinion.

Finally got the update to download to the 'Ride in about an hour. Key tips: Get a USB 3.0 drive of at least 64 GB. 2.0 USB is WAY too slow. I left it running to avoid interruption, but probably would have done OK in Accessory mode. First 30-45 minutes it looks like it is doing nothing . . . Putting in root directory, etc. Then it goes pretty fast.

Hi Everyone. Need your help to understand something about the new firmware.

I purchased my KIA Telluride last month. It came with version which was of 23rd June 2021.
I downloaded the latest version files from official KIA website, put it on the pen drive and updated the firmware.

Now the version is shows is 10th May 2022.
However when I am using the FM radio - I can still see the Tubes!

So I wanted to check with you guys - is this normal ....or upgrade has not happened for me ?

I’ll give the same answer I did to your same question in another thread.
