I would have expected them to black the logo out on a Nightfall. As-is that does not look good.

Interesting that they didn't. I guess they are very proud of the rebrand. I agree that it hurts the nightfall appeal. Especially since all 2022 models will have a black grille.

I'm glad I didn't wait for the 2022s, since it sounds like there are no material changes at the SX level other than the logo -- and I think the '21 Nightfall with the smoked out logos looks better.

For SX level, sounds like I'd agree with you. I don't mind the new logo, it's just huge on the 2022s. For the LX and S, however, the bigger touchscreen (and hopefully classier dash layout as a result, even if it ends up having cheaper looking plastic rather than the wood grain look) is pretty nice. Jury's out on the black grill until I see it with the chrome border.

I don't like it being white on a NF, otherwise it's probably fine. Looks like a cheap sticker compared to the polished metal on the previous MY vehicles.

I thought the new logo was chrome. Is it white?! That's crazy if so.

Just when I was starting to warm up to the new logo, they go and change the color on my nightfall order. I guess I'll go ahead and start looking at the 3rd party replacement logos. I couldn't tell, is the new logo still within the Kia oval for an easy pop off and replace? It certainly didn't look like there was an oval.

There’s no oval. The whole point of the new logo is to get rid of the oval.

I like the font update, but it is large and sticks out like a sore thumb on a dark car, especially with nightfall...I hope that isn't the final implementation, since they haven't made any actual 22s yet.

Does anyone know of any color changes? And are dealers now able to order? Just want to be sure I reach out to my dealer tomorrow if orders are able to be placed. Wonder if I’d be able to get a chrome grille to replace the black one on the 22’ if I wanted and possibly get ahold of the Telluride lettering for the back.... so disappointing

It looks like it can be removed easily and you can customize with adding the Telluride script. I like the idea of no Kia logo on the back similar to the Stinger.

pretty sure it’s there. Slow the video down or even try and pause it. You can see the “TELLURIDE” faintly through the reflection/shadows of the paint.

I think it’s there, too. Very hard to see with the rear reflections, though.

I bet this isn’t the final production iteration of the new logo’s implementation. Seems like this could have been a publicity event where Kia would want their logo to be obviously visible (unlike a blacked out nightfall logo).
