• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... 2022 Telluride Stock Lift vs TRUXXX 2.5” Lift

Thanks for sharing your changes.

Couple questions unrelated to the lift

1. What’s the benefit you are seeking with the pedal commander? I’m guessing you are racing your telly? Do you use eco mode?

2. Tuxmats - I’ve been looking for mats that will give me best overal protection - especially from my kids in the back. Are tuxmats the best option? And do they still look decent?

3. How’s the magic box? Looks slick but could also see it being finicky. Does it require regular messing around?

4. What’s the grille mesh on the inside for?

5. What did you use to blackout the emblem? How did it go and would you recommend same or different?

6. What’s this Canadian liner I keep hearing about? I’m CDN but haven’t seen it. Why is it so popular and where y’all getting them?

Thanks in advance.
Here's my two cents on things.

1. I ended up installing the pedal commander because the input lag between pressing the pedal and the telluride reacting was driving me insane. I was able to fine tune it to a point where I'm happy with it, and i drive mainly on comfort/eco.

2. No opinion on tuxmats, but i have a lot of different brand mats in my telly. Weathertech floor mats, a toughpro cargo mat and recently added the Canvasback seat/cargo liner. From my experience the weathertech floor mats have done a good job containing the mess from hauling kids around. However I did not like the weathertech 3rd row mat, as it always moved. The TouchPro 3rd row is much better at staying in place. I added the canvasback liner to help protect the seats from hauling stuff, and to cover the gap in between the captain seats. the toughpro cargo mat has held up well hauling stuff.

4. Its to protect the grill/ac from getting damaged. If you poke around the forum you'll reports from members getting damage from road debris jumping through the grill and damaging the ac. Its a easy install to do if you're a little handy.

Thanks for the great feedback. I’m especially keen on the reference to containing the mess from kids. I’ll check out those weather tech floor mats. The rubber mats that came standard (in Canada) on the Xpro seem to be decent but I wouldn’t mind something that covers more broadly.

Terribly sorry for overlooking your question. I have 20k miles on my Telly now. My rear passenger tire well area will have a slight speaker feedback sound if my cargo area is weighed down. I do not suspect the kit has caused this, and believe that it’s the shock. I am going to take it in and have it taken care of. I will update the post with the results. I am still loving the kit and height. I would still recommend it for anyone that could utilize the height.
Any update on this?

View attachment 24965Hey fellow owners. Here is a comparison picture of the 2022 Telluride with the stock lift vs TRUXXX’s 2.5” lift kit. This is with the SX 20” black finish (Nightfall Edition Exclusive) rims and 245/50R20 tires. I will eventually upgrade the tires to something slightly more aggressive once the current treads wear out. Once the new tires are on, they will help fill the space the kit created. I do understand that it may look slightly odd at the moment, but trust the plan. The recommended size with these rims on the 2.5” lift kit would be 265/50R20. Enjoy!
Do you know how high the stock lift kit is? And does after market void the warranty?

How much did it cost to install the lift?

Did the truck shop provide the eccentric bolt fot the front camber. I roughed the alignment until I could get it on an alignment rack. The factory bolt for the front camber is not eccentric. Therefore, it's set and non adjustable. After installing the kit and getting it on a rack the front has .4° on the front LH and .3° on the front right due to not being adjustable. Ideal would be .08-.03. It handles and drives fine but will lead to excessive tire wear.
