• Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my SUV" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your leather interior, please post in the Interior section - and so on... Both fobs have worked fine for 5k. Now mine continues to be ok, but my wife’s will not allow the car to start. It will lock/unlock doors/tailgate. She gets in, foot on brake, pushes start, and although everything lights up normally, the “put foot on brake” message comes up. Thinking maybe she wasn’t pushing down hard enough on the brake pedal, I’ve tried it with her fob and have the same result. Again, this is new…..we’ve had no issues for 6 months. Not a battery issue. Thoughts ?
